Subject: Road Sealcoating and Striping
Residents,
The Board has approved having the roadways sealcoated and striped. As mentioned in my previous email, repairs will take place this week on Dec. 4th and 5th. Sealcoating and striping will begin on January 6th and continue through January 16th.
CLICK HERE TO VIEW a detailed map and schedule for each cul-de-sac. The asphalt sealcoating will be completed in 4 phases. While work is underway, you may park your vehicle at the pool, on Bentley Drive, or in any cul-de-sac not scheduled for work that day. Extra parking spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important: On the day your cul-de-sac is scheduled, all vehicles must be removed. Any vehicle left in the work area will be towed.
